Order Your Prescriptions by Email
We are pleased to announce that we are now able to accept repeat prescription requests by email.
The email address is we-pct.BCHC@nhs.net
Please entitle your email 'Repeat Prescription Request' and type the patient's name, date of birth and the medications required into the main body of the email.
Emails are accessed at 8:00am daily, prescriptions will be ready for collection 2 working days after the email has been opened.
Patient Participation Group
Any patients wishing to join the Patient Participation Group please contact reception, details of the next meeting are available at the surgery and all patients are encouraged to attend.
Opening Hours
Telephone lines open at 8:00am Monday to Friday for the purpose of booking urgent on the day appointments before lunchtime, for on the day appointments after lunchtime please call at 1:30pm.
Surgery closed for lunch daily 12:30am to 1:30pm.
Mondays 8.30am - 6.00pm
Tuesdays 8.30am - 6.00pm
Wednesdays 8.30am - 6.00pm
Thursdays 8.30 am - 6.00pm
Fridays 8.30 am - 6.00pm
