When we are closed, any emergencies that cannot wait until Monday morning can either:
1) go to the walk-in center in Harlow
2) telephone 0844 576 9140 to obtain details of our deputising service
3) telephone NHS Direct on 0845 4647
4) or go to A&E at The Princess Alexandra Hospital
We run a full appointment system. Appointments may be made by telephone
0844 576 9140 or by calling at the surgery. Routine appointments may be made two weeks in advance which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in over-subscribed situations.
If you require an urgent on the day appointment, please call the surgery at 8:00am for a morning appointment, or 1:30pm for a afternoon appointment. Please be aware that appointments are available on a strictly first come first served basis and that you will not be always able to see the GP of your choice.
Emergencies
If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or severe
bleeding call an ambulance (tel: 999) before calling the surgery.
