The surgery is open from 8.30am - 6.00pm and closed between 12.30 - 1.30pm.

Thursday 9.30 - 12.30 1.30 - 6.00

When we are closed, any emergencies that cannot wait until Monday morning can either:

1) go to the Urgent Care Centre in Harlow, based at the Princess Alexandra Hospital

2) telephone 0844 576 9140 to obtain details of our deputising service

3) telephone NHS Direct on 0845 4647

4) or go to Accident & Emergency at the Princess Alexandra Hospital

We run a full appointment system. Appointments may be made by telephoning us on 0844 576 9140 or by calling at the surgery. Routine appointments may be made two weeks in advance which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as this will assist in over-subscribed situations.

Emergencies

If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding call an ambulance (Telephone: 999) before calling the surgery.

Emergency Dentist

Dental problems need to be raised with your Dentist. For assistance out of normal hours, contact 0845 0701612.

Non-EU Patients

Please note you may not be entitled to free NHS treatment, we will advise further on a case-by-case basis.
Visitors are not usually entitled to get non-hospital treatment
